Client work at App369 — still mostly Flutter apps with a healthy AI integration chunk. Most of my own product time goes into Workspace369, with Template369 alongside it. Full project history lives on /projects and /experience.
Exploring
- Multi-agent workflows — Claude Code, Codex and Kimi running in parallel, one git worktree per agent, and a different model reviewing every branch.
- A wiki that compiles itself — every agent session captured locally, then compiled overnight into rules, lessons and playbooks my agents read before they start.
- Open-sourcing a small tool — getting my macOS menu-bar meter for AI coding quotas ready for a public release (working name: Tachbar).
- Claude Code agents for Flutter — turning SDLC steps into agent recipes

Drafting a short series on how I actually work with agents: running several at once, and giving them a memory that outlives the session. Earlier pieces are under /writing.
