What it is
App369 is a boutique development studio that builds custom iOS, Android, and web apps for founders and enterprise teams. Over 150 apps shipped since 2018.
Why I built it
I started App369 because I wanted to build real products, not manage tickets. Most agencies put a project manager between the engineer and the client. I removed that layer. When you hire App369, you’re talking directly to the person writing the code.
I went full-time in January 2020. Since then the studio has shipped apps for enterprise clients — BILSTEIN USA (private inventory management on iOS and web), Chicago Pneumatic, Gavalina — and for indie founders who need a small, senior team that can move fast.
How it works
The stack is what I trust in production: Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile, React and Next.js for web, Node.js and TypeScript for the backend, Firebase and Google Cloud for infrastructure, Stripe and RevenueCat for payments, Twilio and SendGrid for comms, and the ChatGPT and Claude APIs where AI actually improves the product.
One concrete example: for Artificial Grass Masters we built a Flutter + Firebase mapping tool that lets crews draw polygons directly on satellite and street-view imagery and calculates landscape-panel dimensions from the polygon area. It replaced a spreadsheet-and-tape-measure workflow that was costing the business hours per job.
